How You Can Help Get Out There

Are you interested in volunteering? Do you have a few hours to dedicate to our award winning team?
If so why not do it with the "Get Out There" Group.

As a volunteer you will come along to our wide range of exciting activities such as sailing, surfing, Theme parks, horse riding, swimming and so much more.

You will work alongside the young people within the group enabling them to get the most out of each activity and new experience. We pride ourselves on being a fun, caring and enthusiastic team providing a much needed short break for the young people and their families.

As a volunteer you will receive regular training such as learning how to help with the young people’s mobility and orientation, communication skills, health and safety awareness, first aid training, young person’s relationship training and many other subjects all of which are relevant to the young people accessing the group.

Any costs incurred by you as a volunteer will be reimbursed such as the cost of travelling to activities. All admission to the activities will be paid for.

Volunteering is such a rewarding experience and you can make such a massive difference to the lives of the young people, we are all trying to achieve the same purpose which is to help the young people to have a great time and to make friends.
